Germany – The Legal 500 Comparative Guide: Patent Litigation 2021 (November 2021)
Legal 500 has just published its third edition of the comparative guide on Patent Litigation, for which Linklaters wrote the Germany chapter. The guide provides a cross-border overview of the patent litigation landscape and the laws and regulations for a broad range of jurisdictions. This is particularly useful for in-house counsel wanting to get a quick overview on particular countries.
